Fondant (all weather)
* Traditional sugar fondant paste which provides the smoothest (and hardest) texture and is the most stable of all icings.
* It's gives a sugary taste and therefore is often removed before eating.
* A ganache icing is layered underneath to provide extra flavour.
* Great for all weathers including summer as it's the most durable and stable of all icings and can travel 2 hours or more for delivery.
